Why All-On-X Dental Implants?

Consider Your All-On-X Options Vs. Other Solutions

All-On-X is a revolutionary full arch protocol that delivers a new set of permanent teeth in one visit! Our prosthodontists, Dr. Alexandra Nouel and Dr. Mauro Stuparich, have significant experience placing and restoring dental implants using a variety of protocols. They have found the All-On-X solution and BioHorizons® implant systems to be superior for the immediate stability the uniquely designed Laser-Lok® implants achieve in your jawbone. This allows our team to safely attach your modified denture the day of surgery, so you won’t have to wait months for stable, fixed teeth. You’ll leave our office with a fully functional smile!

Our All-On-X Process

1

Phase One: Consultation and Treatment Plan

Your first step is completing a personalized consultation with our Boston, MA dental implant team. You’ll be able to discuss your smile goals and concerns as well as any health conditions we should consider. We may capture imaging from a CBCT scanner to assess the quality of your bone. Most patients who come to us are already candidates for All-On-X full mouth dental implants. However, if you have bone loss or gum disease, we may complete these preliminary treatments. We’ll discuss dental implant pricing, and financing options. Your next step is surgery!

2

Phase Two: Surgery and Immediate Teeth

On the day of your surgery, we’ll first ensure your comfort with sedation dentistry solutions. Once you’re relaxed, we’ll place four or more dental implants into pre-planned locations in your jawbone. We consider it our responsibility to ensure your implants are placed as accurately and successfully as possible to guarantee it lasts as long as possible. Whether you need one arch or a full mouth of new teeth, your entire surgical phase can be completed in just one day. If you qualify, we will also immediately attach your modified denture. You’ll never go a single day without a complete smile again!

3

Phase Three: Healing and Final Restoration

Your treatment site will need three or more months to fully heal after implant surgery. During this time, your implants and bone will be forming a bond that creates the stability and function they’re known for. After healing, you’ll return to our office to receive your final restoration. Our prosthodontists specialize in restorations and offer some of the most natural-looking options on the market today. We’ll fit your permanent, custom-made zirconia teeth to your dental implants making sure your bite is properly aligned. You’ll leave our office with a lifelike, functional, and confident new look that will last for years to come!

Expertise in Full Mouth Rehabilitation

Our prosthodontists are specialists dedicated to replacing teeth with permanent prosthetics and dental implants.
