Financing

Financial Options

Financial options are discussed prior to any treatment you may receive. Boston dentists Drs. Nouel and Stuparich and their staff are committed to providing excellent dental care and guiding patients in choosing the best payment options for their individual needs.

  • For routine maintenance and dental hygiene appointments, payment is due at the time treatment is rendered.
  • For Boston dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, crowns, bridges, and dentures, an initial payment of one-half of the total fee will be required at the beginning of treatment. The remaining balance is due when impressions are taken to complete the restorations.
  • About your dental insurance: Our office will do everything possible to help you understand and maximize your dental insurance benefits. In the event your dental insurance company refuses to pay for treatment, you are responsible for all fees. We will always provide you with the full fees in advance so that you know the exact cost of your treatment. If you would like to know what your insurance benefits will be before you begin treatment, we will submit a pre-treatment estimate.
  • For Delta Dental patients: We have a contract with most Delta Dental insurance plans. If there is a co-pay for your procedure, you are responsible for payment at the time of service.
  • For patients with other types of dental insurance: We have many patients with different types of dental insurance, such as MetLife, Aetna, Guardian, Blue Cross, and others. We will help you to get the maximum reimbursement from your insurance company, and fill out all necessary forms for you. You are responsible for full payment on the day of your treatment.
  • We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
  • Outside Financial Plans: You may be eligible to spread payments for treatment over a 12-month period with no interest. Please ask the front desk coordinator for information about this.
